Sales Support Manager CH & EMEA, Global Sales Competence Center

Sales Support Manager CH & EMEA, Global Sales Competence Center

Your main responsibilities:

Drive, implement & execute various sales campaigns in collaboration with the sales teams
Support the sales team in EMEA along the entire sales process: account research, preparation of presentations, proposals & contracts
Support the development of marketing materials
As the system administrator of salesforce.com (our CRM) you will be in charge of different administrative tasks related to the CRM
Deliver sales reporting and forecast in close collaboration with finance and controlling
Act as the main contact for the Global Sales Competence Center and work closely with the sales teams across the globe on various initiatives that will further drive sales
Attend client- and prospect events as well as meetings together with the sales team
Cooperation in the definition and development of our services and solutions

 

Your profile:

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Hands-on, pragmatic and entrepreneurial attitude
Team player with a strong service-orientation
Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English
Collaborative nature and ability to handle multiple work streams at once
Profound knowledge of Microsoft products, mainly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of salesforce.com (CRM) is an advantage
Further education in Sales and/or Marketing is an advantage
